People who regularly work with documents, mostly prefer PDF format for their usage. It is because of its portability and wide variety of supported devices. Also, no matter which device you open the document, PDF files will show the content in the same alignment. That’s why most people prefer PDF format for all their important documents. The only problem in PDF format is, the content cannot be easily modified like we do in other document formats, but we have many third party applications to do that. Today I’ve come with one such application called “PDF Eraserâ€, which lets you edit, delete and modify any PDF document by just a drag and drop. Here’s how it works.
PDF Eraser is a free PDF editing tool for Windows. You can download the app using the link at the end of this post. Once you complete the installation, it will open a window as shown in the screenshot above. Using PDF Eraser, you can edit, delete and add text and images to a PDF file. The top menu bar in the application window will contain all the editing options. To open a PDF file from your PC, click the “Open PDF†option in the menu. All the pages available in that PDF file will be displayed in the right panel. You can choose pages from that and start editing it.
If you want to remove a particular page from that PDF file, you can use the “Page Cutter†option to do that. The page cutter will be opened as a small separate window as shown in the screenshot above. It will ask you to browse and choose the file from your PC. After choosing the PDF file, it will display all the page number with a preview. Select the one you don’t need and delete it. You can also delete multiple pages right from that window. Next, you have  all the basic options like rotate, move, etc. Another important option in the app is, there will be a small, medium and large size erasers to randomly erase the content of the PDF. You can quickly erase the area you don’t need and add your own text using the “Add Text†option in the menu bar.
Using PDF Eraser, you can quickly delete any part of the page and add your own image or text easily. This is a must have application for all the windows users.
