Meetings, no matter how important they are, can be torturous to sit through. Keeping an attentive mind, and taking notes about important stuff can be difficult. With Evermeeting, users can create an agenda, take notes, introduce marks, insert tasks, share the information, record the meeting on a cloud server, and it even has a transcription tool.
It’s pretty simple to use and has a great interface. First of all you will need to register for a free account and then you will be able to use it.
The user can add a meeting or meetings and when they are in a particular meeting they can tap on that meeting Tap “Start†to start the meeting and then tap the “Rec†button to start the audio recording.
The audio will be recorded on a cloud server so no need to worry about storage. The user can even take note with the recording and afterwards the recording can even be linked with the notes.
The app has a colorful interface and it’s not at all boring, the only drawback is that you cannot record video. Other than that you get in app tip for using the app properly and that can be very helpful when it comes to remember meetings. It’s compatible with the iPhone 3GS, iPhone 4, iPhone 4S, iPod touch (3rd generation), iPod touch (4th generation) and iPad. The app requires iOS 5.0 or later.
