There are literally hundreds of thousands of applications that allow users to add different effects to their images using their iOS device. The name Voicepic says it all; this app allows you to add sounds to the picture you take and add voice clips to them. All you need to do is take a pic, add some sound to it to make it more interesting or to give someone a message, and share it with your friends and family! You can share pictures through Facebook or Twitter by connecting your accounts, or E-mail to your friends. The created Voicepic will be saved into the camera roll. In order to use the service, you must create an account on Voicepic. You can login using your Facebook/Twitter account or sign up with your email address.
Simply Tap on the Camera button to take a picture, after taking picture, hit the mic button to record a sound of 1-8 seconds and Click on Post button to post it to Facebook or Twitter.
You can also store 10 recordings to use whenever they want to. You can even add voice effects like Echo, Robot, etc. to add a bit of fun to the pictures. Image effects can be added as well. In addition, you can browse through creations by other Voicepic users and you can keep your pictures private from them if you want to.
The only restriction is that your Voicepic ca nnot be more that 8 seconds long so you need to be short. This is good for sending out short greetings. However, if you want to share a song with someone through Voicepic, that isn’t going to happen.
